Divorce is one of life's most profound transitions.  It touches every part of who we are - our hearts, our bodies, our spirits, our finances, and our sense of self. 

​The Divorce Program was created to give women a sanctuary in the desert - A place to pause, breathe, and reconnect with their inner strength alongside others who truly understand.

​Over the course of this transformative retreat, you'll explore five essential tracks of wellness, guided by experts who believe in supporting women through major life changes.  You'll leave with practical tools, renewed energy, and a sisterhood that lasts far beyond the desert horizon.

01  Mental Health

You will gain practical knowledge that helps you feel more informed, capable, and in control of your situation. Through expert-led sessions on legal, financial, and personal decision-making topics, you’ll develop clearer thinking and greater confidence in your choices. You’ll leave with tools, understanding, and a stronger sense of direction for your next chapter.

02  Physical Health

You will have the space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with your body in a way that feels supportive rather than demanding. Through gentle movement, restorative practices, and intentional rest, you’ll release built-up tension and quiet your nervous system. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and physically renewed — not exhausted, but refreshed.

03  Emotional Health

You will have space to feel what you've been holding in.  With guided conversations and practical coping techniques, you'll work through grief, anger, and overwhelm while rebuilding confidence in yourself.  You'll leave calmer, clearer, and more emotionally grounded for the next stage of your life.

04  Spiritual Health

You will have time and space to reconnect with what truly matters to you — your values, your purpose, and your sense of self. Through mindfulness, reflection, and guided experiences, you’ll be invited to look inward with honesty and compassion. You’ll leave feeling more centered, hopeful, and aligned with the life you want to create.

05  Social Health

You will connect with other women who truly understand what you are going through, because they are walking a similar path. Through shared meals, group experiences, and meaningful conversations, you’ll form genuine connections that reduce isolation and foster support. You may arrive feeling alone — and leave feeling part of a community that continues beyond the retreat.
